Determining what you can afford to buy should obviously be at the top of your list, along with finding a credible lender. I would suggest interviewing several lenders before you decide. Working with a competent lender with good communication skills can help you decide what type of loan is best for you.

After the contract is accepted by the seller and escrow is opened, I will guide you through all the seller’s disclosures, help you find a professional home inspector, make sure your lender has all of the documents and information needed to order an appraisal and start the loan process.

I pride myself on diligently keeping time frames on track and closing escrows in a timely manner. I try to educate my buyers regarding the total process of buying a home, so they're prepared for any issues that may arise.
